We generally use fixed legal fees, with the scope and total price confirmed in writing. Typical monthly payment plans range from about $225 to $450, depending on the matter, total fee, and timeline. Government filing fees and third-party costs are separate.
How quickly will I hear back?
Most inquiries receive a response within one business day. When you contact us, include any court date, USCIS deadline, detention information, or scheduled ICE appointment so the team can recognize a time-sensitive matter.
How long will my immigration case take?
Timing depends on the case type, the government office or court, visa availability, background checks, and whether additional evidence is requested. We explain the stages we can identify, show you which dates are estimates, and update the plan when the government changes the schedule.
What should I do if someone is detained or a deadline is close?
Call (484) 763-4984 instead of waiting for a routine appointment. For an RFE, NOID, hearing notice, or ICE document, send every page and keep the envelope if you still have it. The date and instructions on the official notice control.
